Damit hat sich das Nintendo-Spiel gegen die Konkurrenz Horizon: Zero Dawn, Persona 5, Player Unknowns Battlegrounds und das hauseigene Super Mario Oddyssey durchgesetzt und wie ich finde zurecht eine der wichtigsten Auszeichnungen in der Spielebranche eingeheimst.
Breath Of The Wild hat außerdem in den Kategorien Best Game Direction und Best Action / Adventure Game den Award mit nach Hause nehmen können.
